Robin Monaghan is amazing. Born in Rochester and educated at Greece-Arcadia High School, where she studied business and drama, Robin was early on touched by wanderlust enough to decide to experience drama in real life. She did: she joined the U.S. Army shortly after graduation. Robin became an E-4 U.S. Army Corporal and served three years with the American forces in South Korea and the United States. “I wanted to see the world,” she says.
Robin Monaghan has lived all over the world, including down South, where she picked up a taste for Country Music that’s never left her. She returned to Rochester after her travels, and to the house she grew up in, which is where she lives today.
Robin has a daughter, Heather, who also attended Greece-Arcadia, and Robin also has a dog named Teddy (because she says looks like a big teddy bear). She joined the Mark Groskin practice one year ago and has been making it a livelier place to visit ever since.
What’s Robin do at home? Cross-stitch. Customize her computer. Listen to Reba and Garth and whoever else fits her mood. And fills the house top to bottom with one of the best collections of Coca-Cola memorabilia around. She also worships the Buffalo Bills. “Football is it,” she explains.
